Responsibility
- be an active member of the development team
- facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
- ensure that the development team is following the Scrum values and principles
- work with the CTO to fulfill the product roadmap
- manage team resourcing and planning workload, help the team implement changes effectively
- hold the development team accountable through sprint planning, reflections, and code reviews
- maintain the pipeline and work with the CTO to improve it
- coach and mentor the development team on Scrum practices
Requirements
- excellent communication and facilitation skills
- strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- scrum Master certification is a plus
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Team Lead or in a similar role
- scrum master or similar: 2 years
- 5+ Experience of project technologies: React, NodeJS, MySQL
