Responsibility
- undertake all purchase ledger functions
- operate sales ledger functions, associated systems and bank reconciliations. Report on debtors and creditors
- liaise with customers, suppliers and our accountants, as necessary
- regular bank reconciliations and associated transactions
- detailed daily cash flow management/planning and bank account maintenance
- undertake all international transactions in US$, EU€ and JPY¥; and maintain associated reconciliations
- support all stock-take, stock control, and stock transaction functions, ensuring effective controls
- own the ledgers and finance system: daily maintenance of the “Xero” Accounting system, covering all daily processes and controls
