Responsibility
- build positive relationships with external agencies, social workers, families, and other professionals involved in the care and support of the children
- maintain accurate records in line with organizational and legal requirements
- provide guidance, support, and supervision to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties
- ensure the home’s records are up to date, accurate, and comply with legislation and organizational standards
- contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings, reviews, and planning sessions
- ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and legislation, including Ofsted and local authorities
- report any concerns or incidents promptly, following the home’s safeguarding procedures
