Responsibility
- we are committed to ensuring everyone who engages with the Club has a positive, safe, and supportive experience
- develop and implement individualised nutrition strategies for players based on individual assessments
- promote the role of nutrition and educate players / staff / parents on how nutrition can enhance performance and overall health
- employ strategies to support the training and match day demands of players whilst showcasing an in-depth understanding of the scientific principles underpinning sports nutrition
- take responsibility and care for the health and safety of yourself and other employees and members of the public who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work
- to comply with all aspects of the Club’s Health & Safety Policy and arrangements, to enable the company to perform its civil and statutory obligations in relation to Health & Safety
Requirements
- BSc in Sports Science
- higher degree
- exceptional communication and time keeping skills
- practitioner registrant on Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register
- significant experience in the provision of nutritional support to professional athletes and coaches
- significant experience working within a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of performance nutrition support to elite athletes
- ISAK level 1 accreditation
- food Hygiene Certificate
