- rocksteady Care are opening a portfolio of Children’s Residential Homes throughout the area and are seeking to recruit applicants who have experience in supporting and bringing about good outcomes for children between the ages of 7 and 18 years, who are placed in our care
- this will particularly suit applicants who currently work either in the same or similar line of work or those who feel they can make a difference to children's lives
- knowledge of the sector and the Children's Home Regulations 2015 including the Quality Standards is desirable as well as L3 or QCF L4 diploma in Children and Young People Workforce
- comprehensive training is provided by Rocksteady Care and there is a clear expectation of applicants working towards achieving the QCF L4 Children Workforce diploma within 2 years of employment
