Responsibility
- research and implement corrective actions to resolve customer issues promptly
- engage with the development team on hardware testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting tasks
- ensure exceptional customer service, consistently achieving high levels of satisfaction
- demonstrate autonomy and teamwork, effectively planning and managing workloads
- aid the Sales team through data entry and analysis of Wondrwall data outputs
- monitor multiple live databases, extract and identify system issues, and troubleshoot to find solutions
- provide comprehensive office-based support for Wondrwall system end users, handling inquiries via calls, chat, email, or other communication methods regarding technical issues, connectivity, tarif ome energy support, and related concerns
Requirements
- previous technical support experience working in a closely related industry
- previous experience analysing large data sets using Microsoft Excel
- knowledge or interest in battery storage systems, electric vehicles, solar PV technology, smart home, IoT, and connected devices
