We are looking to recruit a Vehicle Sales Administrator based at our state-of-the-art Silverlink branch (NE28 9ND).Duties of a Vehicles Sales Administrator:Supporting the sales department in daily controlsChecking deal files and filingSupport the smooth running of the sales department.Bringing vehicles into stock and creating vehicle packsCreating new deal folders and handover packsProcessing purchase and sales of new, usedTaxing and Invoicing vehiclesMonitor funding systems for new and used vehiclesKey Skills and Experience:Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / ExcelExcellent communication skillsAdaptability to work under pressure as and when requiredYou must be well organised, efficient and have a keen eye for attention to detailBeing Flexible in busy periods is preferable, working alongside Accounts DepartmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person
