  • we are looking for someone to join our e-commerce customer support and sales team. Must have the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment. Working under the supervision of the Office Manager
  • answering Emails and Instant Messaging Services
  • answering Calls - Taking Orders, Tracking Deliveries, Dealing with Sales Enquiries and Order Issues
  • pro-actively contacting customers with delayed orders
  • booking on overseas orders and dealing with relevant paperwork
  • communicating with purchasing and warehouse manager over stock enquiries

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • CIN7 or Similar WMS Systems
  • customer service: 2 years
