Responsibility

- identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- assist in invoicing, order entry, order updates, and vacation tracking
- maintain a smooth flow of communication within the team and with external stakeholders
- collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
- oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, filing, and office supplies management
