able to construct monthly reporting and analysis figures
understand month and year end processes e.g. accruals, prepayments etc
liaison with the Hon Treasurers to establish annual budgets and ad hoc projects
it is envisaged that the accounts of various charities/trusts/funds associated with the Rector of Wimborne Minster, currently overseen by volunteers, will be managed and supported as the need arises
preparing and submitting quarterly VAT claims under the Listed Places of Worship Grant Scheme
other duties as the developing role requires
managing and issueing Purchase Orders obtaining written quotations for purchases. Checking and verifying invoices against all invoices. Checking expenditure to budget and establishing a new system of expenditure authorisation
