Responsibility
- we are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations
- oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular audits and cycle counts
- develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing coaching and feedback to support their professional development
- collaborate with other departments to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and resolve any logistical issues
- monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals
Requirements
- degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- excellent organizational an problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of warehouse operations best practices and familiarity with relevant safety regulations
- proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other software tools
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
