Responsibility

• we are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations
• oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
• manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular audits and cycle counts

• hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing coaching and feedback to support their professional development
• collaborate with other departments to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and resolve any logistical issues
• monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals
• utilize warehouse management systems and other software tools to track inventory movements and manage warehouse operations effectively
• the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, ensuring workplace safety, and leading a team of warehouse staff to meet operational targets

Requirements

• degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
• proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
