Responsibility
- carries out breakdown maintenance on all mould tools, jigs, fixtures etc
- carries out preventative maintenance on all mould tools, jigs, fixtures etc
- carries out projects associated with tools, tooling and/or manufacturing equipment as requested by the Tool Room Manager
- provides shift cover in the Tool Room when required
- attends college/training courses where applicable
- ensures that housekeeping of the department is kept to a high standard
- ensures optimum performance and safe operation of all Mould tools to assist in the efficient running of the plant whilst maintaining good housekeeping, liaising with other departments and complying with all Company Health and Safety Procedures
- ensures conformance to the Company Quality System procedures as documented
