Responsibility

  • liaising with our Client Partners to understand the requirements of each client
  • completing on-boarding procedures for new clients and regions
  • set up and maintenance of client sales platforms
  • producing Proformas and requesting Purchase Orders
  • invoicing clients in line with internal procedures
  • query resolution in a timely manner, including investigating, logging, and resolving issues
  • confirming expected payment dates, sending reminders and chasing debts as required
  • maintaining detailed notes and producing reports as required
