- manage administrative tasks such as preparing documentation, maintaining client records, and updating listings
Requirements
- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader client base
- strong administrative skills with attention to detail for managing paperwork and documentation accurately
- excellent organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
