Responsibility

  • you will also be responsible for handling our customer's service department queries, ensuring you resolve them to the customer's complete satisfaction
  • we are looking for a Service Advisor and Warranty administrator to join the team at our growing premium Kawasaki motorcycle dealership in Cradley
  • working in a team environment you will be responsible for providing a top quality service to customers who want to book their motorcycles in for service and/or repair work and carry out warranty administration
  • you will be required to organise the workshop and to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed and where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work
  • the role also carries with it various administrative responsibilities with regard to invoicing, processing warranty claims and marketing campaigns. This is a very process driven and customer service focused role
