  • flexibility to travel across the patch, predominantly Sussex, South London, Surrey and Kent
  • excellent report and email writing skills and proficient with IT
  • confidence in meeting customers and speaking with relevant contractors to ensure works are carried out efficiently and to a high level

Responsibility

  • coordinate works as required keeping relevant parties up to date
  • meeting customers in their properties, carrying out inspections as necessary on reported defects or issues
  • ensure any works to be carried out by contractors or Maintenance Operatives are completed to the best quality and to the customers' expectations
  • manage any complaints that arise with customers' and deal with effectively alongside the Head of department

  • flexible to travel across the Essex and Hertfordshire areas
  • flexible to drive across the Lancashire area
  • full Driving License
  • you must have experience working for a House Builder / Housing Association within a similar role such as Multi Trade Technician / Operative or have experience as a Multi Trader in occupied homes

  • reporting to the Head of department and Customer Care Managers you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • administration: 2 years

Responsibility

  • updating the company website and external platforms with accurate property details
  • assist with answering customer queries about current and upcoming developments
  • produce weekly reports
