Requirements
- you MUST have Customer Service experience within the House Building/Construction industry
- experience within a Customer Service Coordinator role, or relevant experience in the House Building/Construction industry
- previous experience working with a House Builder in a similar role
- excellent communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- excellent telephone manner
- new homes/construction customer service: 1 year
- house Building Customer Care: 1 year
Contract type
- A opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join my client, a House Builder, based in the Milton Keynes area. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales
- this position is a full time role based in the office. Currently a 6 month contract with the potential of longer term opportunity/permanent role later in the year
Responsibility
- provide support and advice to sub-contractors building and maintaining relationship and ensuring works are carried out and the department is kept up to date
- reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale
