- we are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team at The Westbridge Hotel
- support the senior management in all front-of-house and hotel operations
- lead the reception shifts, as well as performing receptionist duties
- manage guest relations
- ensure the delivery of service standards across the hotel are of high quality
- communicate effectively with other departments to ensure efficient and seamless operations throughout the hotel
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years as a Front Desk Supervisor in a hotel
- be a People Person
- excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
- be highly motivated and passionate to deliver an outstanding customer service
