Requirements

- excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and computers
- ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused attitude
- familiarity with basic office software applications is an advantage
