- experience with troubleshooting networking issues preferred

- requires thorough knowledge of Windows
- prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working
- requires thorough knowledge of PC Hardware
Education
- high School diploma required
- associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 - 3 years of help desk support experience
