WELLS MANAGED SOLUTIONS is looking for employees for positions:
financial controller
Responsibility
- maintain accurate records of creditor and debtors
- reconciliation of bank statements
- weekly reporting to senior management regarding creditor and debtor overviews
- complete understanding of internal systems and processes
- liaising with clients and suppliers
- quarterly submission of VAT Returns
- work with external Accountant to ensure tax matters are actioned quickly and efficiently
- prepare data for end of year accounts and liaise with Accountant to complete reports
Requirements
- minimum of four years’ experience in a similar post
- AAT, ACCA or ACA required qualified essential
- proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
- strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- proficiency in financial management software
- excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
