full driving licence
health and Safety Qualifications
A passion for producing high quality, fresh food and delivering excellent customer service
hospitality and entertaining experience on a comparative scale to Wellesley Prep School
food safety management systems
producing special meals for those with allergies and intolerances
Responsibility
complete administrative tasks as required
ensure a first in, first out food rotation system and verify all food products are properly dated and organised for food quality assurance
maintain kitchen organisation, staff ability and training opportunities
maintain complete knowledge of allergens, and all legal procedures surrounding this, ensuring accurate information is provided at all times
to carry out other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Headmaster, SLT, Bursar and all staff
follow the School’s safeguarding policy and procedures and to ensure the wellbeing of all pupils is their highest priority
contribute to the day-to-day running of the School and follow its policies and procedures, having due regard for the Health and Safety of self and others
to carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Head or Bursar
