- develop and update practice policies and procedures, train practice staff in their use and ensure that relevant procedures are followed
- monitor and drive performance against the business plan
- develop and maintain suitable systems for sales and purchases
- arrange and attend training and practice meetings
- organisation of the rota and arranging locum cover where required
