sales assistant
Responsibility
- call new leads and book appointments with existing leads from our database
- effectively communicate the benefits of our services to prospective customers
- explain our propositions clearly and schedule appointments for senior staff to speak to leads and close sales
- maintain accurate recording of customer interactions and sales activities
- follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
- conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote services including childcare, academic tuition, homework support, school holiday clubs & activities, Quran & Madrassah services
Requirements
- experience in telesales or a similar sales role is ideal, with a focus on selling services and appointment setting
- confident with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- skilled and articulate, able to develop scripts and source leads independently
- A proven individual, highly organised, and motivated
- experience in IT & website sales is helpful but not essential
- excellent communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner
- patience and resilience to handle rejections and articulate the purpose of calls effectively
