Responsibility
- this would involve learning our Multi Store software and actively scanning product barcodes as you pick and pack
- you must be easy to get along with, work well solo and in a small team as communication is essential
- you will be working in a small team in a busy and often fast-paced goods in/out department picking and packing orders, getting them ready for dispatch to customers
- checking items and quantities are correct, using a Windows 10/11 based system, loading items into boxes and sealing them, helping with production of in house products and generally helping out in other areas when needed
- you will be asked to load & unload pallet's, label products, assist with trade orders and communicate via email on occasion with our customers
- you must be computer-literate and be able to type and enter data at a reasonable speed, no training on Windows will be given, however training on our systems will be provided
- production work, making multi packs etc
Requirements
- all candidates must have full experience of at least 1 year Picking / Packing
- previous warehouse knowledge and experience essential
- ability to work well alone or in a team
- excellent timekeeper
- picking & packing: 1 year
- manchester, M17 1JZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
