managing the sale to handover process to ensure the customer experience of their new car is a memorable delightful experience
to manage all sales enquiries into the business and record EVERY Customer to Kompass
to professionally demonstrate the product to Volvo standards with a high level of knowledge
this is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, customer focused person to develop their career in sales, It will require someone with a maturity and passion to manage face to face and telephone and online sales and to demonstrate passion for the Volvo range
to maintain the showroom to standards and ensure all displays are maintained timely
to sell New and Used Volvo cars within a controlled sales process and to maximise the sales conversion into New and Used Volvo. This will involve, showroom enquiries, online leads and telephone appointments
Requirements
excellent Sales / customer service skills, far exceeding customer expectations for service and warmth of greetings
outstanding phone manner and online communicator
system skills to be able to manage online appointments, video presentations of cars
motor trade Experience preferable, not always essential
to be a team player that wants to contribute to the success of the company
to work on own initiative and proactively look to improve customer satisfaction within the dealership
system skills to allow compliance of Kompass and Kerridge
