- due to advancement, we are now recruiting for an Office Administrator who will undertake some reception duties too
- this role forms part of the administration team for Ward Gethin Archer Solicitors
- the work entails working front of house, and behind the scenes, including a variety of reception, switchboard and records department tasks
- the successful applicant needs to be friendly, dependable, presentable and have a methodical approach, whilst working well under pressure
- whilst we are looking for someone to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, mornings and lunchtimes, less hours than the full 36.25 may be considered for the right candidate
