- perform quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications
- maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly
- collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any fabrication issues
- follow health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- proficient in welding techniques
- strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex drawings and schematics
- experience using power tools and hand tools effectively
- basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
- ability to assemble components accurately while maintaining high-quality standards
- excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work
- MIG welding: 5 years
- fabrication: 5 years
