Responsibility
- performing MOT tests on various vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles
- carrying out diagnostics using our diagnostic equipment
- maintain accurate records of test results and vehicle information
- provide exceptional customer service by explaining test results and offering advice on necessary repairs or maintenance
- carrying out repairs on a range of vehicles, we do not specialise in a particular make or model and so your role will be fairly varied
Requirements
- strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle mechanics
- proficient in using hand tools and power tools for inspections and repairs
- ability to perform heavy lifting when required
- excellent attention to detail to identify potential defects or issues
- strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
- good communication skills to interact with customers and explain test results
