Requirements

  • understanding of the accounts/banking process
  • full UK clean driving licence
  • you will be able to prioritise and respond efficiently, calmly, and empathetically with difficult situations
  • incredible team player and be willing to go the extra mile for others

Responsibility

  • serving section 21 notices as required
  • ensuring statutory obligations are met for a rental property
  • overseeing end of tenancy 'check outs'
  • keep on top of section notices, EPC’s, gas safety certificates and EICR’s
  • occasionally, you may also be required to assist in property viewings and general lettings enquiries
