Requirements
- strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and regulations
- excellent analytical and numerical skills
- one site experience
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a meticulous eye for detail
- advanced use of Excel and the ability to create schedules
- to work both independently and as a team member
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- must be able to handle responsibility and work under pressure to meet deadlines
