  • correctly identify the right parts for customers cars to minimise incorrect parts being despatched and returned
  • take ownership of and follow on-line market-place KPI’s
  • ensure supplier deliveries are received on time
  • monitoring supplier availability
  • taking responsibility for the complete returns cycle from customer initiation to returning items to the supplier and receiving credit
  • up sell to increase order values
  • taking orders and payments over the phone
  • support warehouse to ensure all orders are despatched on time
