Working hours

Responsibility

  • understand your colleagues’ individual ambitions, motivations, training needs, strengths and development areas effectively
  • assist to train new team members and develop existing team members by acting as a point of knowledge and guidance
  • carry out regular Performance Reviews with individuals and put relevant support and training in place
  • performance Management – setting objectives, monitoring, and taking appropriate action to achieve positive results
  • where necessary, take corrective action
  • review KPIs/Commission/Bonus structures from time to time
  • work closely with internal Management personnel and structure (e.g., Performance Manager, Client Support Team Leader plus the Directors
  • call Reviews/Coaching – to help ensure that Advisers can be the best that they can be, including adherence to Scripting and Processes
