- to be responsible for the day to day running of the home and the service users
- the award-winning care home is family run and has 30 years’ experience providing care to the elderly
- ensure the home complies with all legal requirements and operates according to its’s registered status
- manage a delegated budget and the ensure the home remains financially viable through engaging in promotional and marketing activities
- full control and management of the home’s rota and staffing
- halcyon Health and Social Care are excited to be working alongside a well-established care home in Stroud who provide the highest quality care to its elderly residents
- we are now recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager offering £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
