- collaboration: Liaise with VFA staff to ensure consistency in coaching standards and continuous improvement through feedback and training opportunities
- talent Pathway: Identify and nurture talented players, supporting their journey through our academy pathway
- ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training and matches
