Girls in shop great sadly that’s where it stops. Paid deposit in February waited 3 months for blinds to be fitted ( not shutters) after being told 2/3 weeks wait. Had 3 dates booked for fitting but on 2 no one showed up they said I wasn’t booked in ….THEY booked me in. 3rd booking cancelled as mark fitter sick. Also put order through without me confirming price, simply because (deleted by the administrator) sometimes doesn’t listen to mark the fitter ….her words ,,
Excuses over the 3 months from Lauren (boss) phone battery dead, locked out of account on computer, web site down, in a meeting call u soon, doesn’t return calls. Said sent emails but hadn’t .
After 3 months got my deposit back and got a more professional firm so take the chance if you want but this was my experience.

I hope that comment is a joke. The girl was waiting for 3 months for her service (after getting an information that it'll take 2/3 weeks) and you must agree that the time is sometimes more important than money..

Have you been working there for long? There is always great atmosphere at the beginning, and after a few months, sometimes it gets much worse :D Of course I'm not saying, it happens in that company, I'm just thinking about applying and want to get as much info as possible
