- welcoming delegates to Venton
- answering telephone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- ensuring meeting rooms are kept presentable and set up to each events’ specific requirements
- placing catering and general supply orders
- ensure all events run smoothly and clients are happy throughout their visit
- manage sales and forecast planning on a monthly basis
- supervise cleaning staff, completing monthly rotas and ensure standards remain high throughout the venue
- managing bookings, adding them to the booking system and updating with weekly event schedules to ensure all elements of the event are catered for
Requirements

- previous experience in hospitality
