  • ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • experience in a design or creative industry is a plus but not essential
  • discretion and confidentiality when handling financial and business matters

Responsibility

  • ensure compliance with UK accounting standards
  • handle additional operational tasks as required
  • data collection and tracking to support business decision-making
  • provide administrative support to the Director, including diary management and email correspondence
  • prepare financial reports and support quarterly reviews
  • oversee purchasing of furniture, materials, and design items and all purchase orders
  • maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
