Responsibility
- play a key role in growing sales and driving profitability, selling vehicle parts, and working to achieve and exceed targets
- building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- adhering to ISO Standards
- as one of our sales advisors, you are the first point of contact for incoming calls from customers looking to buy motor vehicle parts
- receiving inbound and outbound calls from customers
- with a good eye for detail, and great questioning skills, you will be matching car parts and advising customers with best options
- respond to customer enquiries via email, online chats
- you will be responsible for case management and problem solving, always supporting the customer, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- exceptional customer service skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills via all mediums
- active listener
- administration, numeracy, and IT skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- ability to effectively organise, prioritise workload, and to achieve internal and external deadlines
- technical knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- adaptable to continuous improvement in processes and system
