  • proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry
  • experience with critical paths and project management tools
  • expertise in inventory management and logistics coordination
  • familiarity with third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, including FBA
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and tools
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to manage operations across multiple regions

Responsibility

  • inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels across all channels and locations, ensuring timely restocking and minimising waste
  • logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with manufacturers, 3PL warehouses, and shipping partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • marketplace Operations: Collaborate with e-commerce teams to streamline supply chain processes for marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and other third-party platforms
  • tools: Play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining inventory management and demand planning processes such as an OTB
  • cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
  • data Analysis and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
  • compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and marketplace standards
