supply teachers
Responsibility
- support teaching and learning with GCSEs and Functional Skills
- maintain positive relationships with pupils and interact according to individual needs
- encourage pupils to interact with the class and engage in activities
- provide support for students in small groups and also work on a 1:1 basis
Requirements
- previous experience in a school environment
- confident in communicating with parents
- previous experience working with children
- experience working in across youth work, coaching or within education
- teaching Assistant level 2 qualification is beneficial but not essential
- have a strong understanding of SEND and SEMH needs
- confident in communicating with parents, pupils and members of staff
- willing to support children of all abilities and needs
