Responsibility
- line Management of the Finance team and responsible for managing the Internal Audit annual programme and deliverables
- responsible for key regulatory reporting including preparing, assessing and forecasting capital and liquidity adequacy through the annual ICARA process
- full Participation in strategic planning and decision making, providing relevant financial models to assist this process
- reporting to the Chief Executive and attending appropriate Board / Committee meetings, reporting and advising on all Finance and Audit related matters
- leading the relationship with internal and external audit partners for Corporate Audits
- preparation, review, and ensuring the accuracy of finance and accounting activities, including monthly management accounts, year-end accounts, preparing financial forecasts, variance analysis, annual business plans and commercial business analysis
- providing MI and associated analysis
- ongoing process improvements
