- to hold legal responsibility and provide leadership and management of registered residential home overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic care to vulnerable adults with ensuring mental health needs as part of Valicity Care Services/ Thanet Healthcare’ Care Specialist service Model
- report to: Director of Services
Requirements
- detailed understanding of CQC regulations, Health and Safety Requirements, Equal Opportunities, Anti-Discriminatory Practice and other relevant legislation
- to apply a comprehensive understanding of Company policies and procedures as an employee and all aspects of working practices
- working with young Adults with autism and learning disabilities
- CQC Enhanced DBS on update system
- to apply a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks to all aspects of service delivery
- understanding of a variety of different therapeutic models
- willing to work unsocial hours, flexible and self-motivated
- understanding of oppression and ability to demonstrate and promote anti-discriminatory practice
