Responsibility
- responsible for managing and maintaining the property, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintenance work
- coordinate and resolve issues and complaints from residents or tenants, providing excellent customer service
- conduct inspections and maintenance of property facilities to ensure safe operation
- handle the check-in and moving procedures of the property, ensuring smooth contract signing and related matters
- timely address house repair and fault reports, arranging maintenance personnel for repair work
- coordinate and supervise the work of security and cleaning staff, ensuring a clean and safe property environment
- prepare property management reports and promptly report property operation status to the management
Requirements
- demonstrated high sense of responsibility and ability to independently handle tasks with high efficiency
- flexibility and adaptability in dealing with various situations and challenges
- previous experience with independent renting is preferred, with a deep understanding of the renting process and related issues
- prior experience in property maintenance is advantageous, with proficiency in handling common property repair problems
- hold a valid work visa for employment in the UK, with legal work authorization
