Responsibility

  • the position is available on either a full time or part-time basis
  • overseeing the companies client accounts to ensure monthly rental payments to managed clients are made promptly and accurately
  • checking Landlord Statements to ensure all relevant invoices and agent fees are correct
  • A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our well-established and fast growing Property Management company which is located in the Henleaze suburb of Bristol
  • managing all other non-rental/deposit monies received by the company, e.g. monies on account for refurbishments
  • our service is critical to our mission. We treat every landlord with the same passion and care if they have 1 or 1000 properties and administering the finance within our business is paramount to our success
  • undertaking audits and reporting factually to the directors and operations manager will be a crucial part of the remit
  • supporting other areas of the finance department by dealing with service charge payments, ground rent payments, void period council tax liabilities etc
