Responsibility
urban Evolution Property Management Ltd is a rapidly growing company providing freehold management as well as lettings and management services
due to our continued success and expansion, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our friendly team
processing tenant documentation and applications
chasing work orders as directed by property managers
accurately updating internal databases
provide administrative support to the property managers and assist in the smooth running of the property management department
handle customer support inquiries and provide excellent service
we are located in central Liverpool and proud to manage stock that is prime, built in the last 5 years, wonderfully positioned in the market geographically and therefore proving very popular with tenants
Requirements
previous experience in an administrative role is required
previous experience in a property/lettings environment advantageous
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
