Responsibility
- urban Evolution Property Management Ltd is a rapidly growing company providing freehold management as well as lettings and management services
- due to our continued success and expansion, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our friendly team
- processing tenant documentation and applications
- chasing work orders as directed by property managers
- accurately updating internal databases
- provide administrative support to the property managers and assist in the smooth running of the property management department
- handle customer support inquiries and provide excellent service
- we are located in central Liverpool and proud to manage stock that is prime, built in the last 5 years, wonderfully positioned in the market geographically and therefore proving very popular with tenants

Requirements
- previous experience in an administrative role is required
- previous experience in a property/lettings environment advantageous
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- administrative: 1 year
