Requirements
- previous experience in a customer support role and/or a high-pressure dynamic sales role
- good computer skills, including Microsoft software
- attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a knack for interacting with customers with different personality types
- remaining calm under pressure and maintaining a positive and professional approach
- strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- adaptable and resilient, with a flexible mind-set
Responsibility
- identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs and preferences
- build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or trends
- act as the first point of contact for all queries regarding ticketing, bookings, baggage queries, fares, refunds, and other special services using the Central Reservation System
- issue final settlement claims within parameters defined by the Company /holiday agent contracts and/or EU-261 regulations
- handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution in accordance with EU-261 regulations
- work with Universal Air Airport Services Agents and Customer Support Agents to ensure proper customer support and service is being delivered at all times
- follow company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions. Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations
