Responsibility
- to share in the practical activities necessary to maintain the house
- to ensure safeguarding is at the heart of what we do
- to care for the fabric, equipment and overall environment
- direct work with young people, key working and generally taking an active part in providing support on a shift work basis
- to be accountable for monies allocated for specific purposes
- reporting repairs and ensuring that necessary actions are taken
- ensuring health and safety checks are complete in line with policies and Ofsted regulations and standards
- administrative work and record keeping associated with key working responsibilities and the daily running of the home
Requirements
- in line with OFSTED regulations, staff members MUST be at least 20 years old
- in line with OFSTED regulations, staff members MUST be at least 22 years old
- able to work in the UK and can show documents
- the ideal candidate would have previous experience working with children and young people
- children and young people's workforce, Youth Work or an equivalent qualification
- full enhanced DBS
- flexible Availability is a MUST - Day, Night, and Weekends
- to promote professionalism and high standards to the team in line with policy and procedures
