Responsibility
- ensure H&S compliance across the site – to include all areas of the business
- ensure compliance to environmental legislation
- develop, maintain and improve the businesses processes and the QMS
- highlight opportunities for continual improvement, lead and project manage collaborative solutioning with the team
- hold monthly meetings alternating between quality and H&S with selected committees for contribution, feedback and cascade
- audit compliance to H&S, QMS, Fleet and product standards to agree schedules
Requirements
- NEBOSH or equivalent standard H&S qualification
- 3 years of related experience health and safety and quality related roles
- experience with creating and implementing ISO9001 standard quality management systems
- problem solver who can identify and solution problems and improvements
- ability to create, assess and review Process Flows, SOPs, Risk Assessments and other H&S and QMS documents
