• identify opportunities to constantly improve and increase the store performance by enhancing the stores competitiveness through insight into competitor activity and providing regular feedback to the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager
• manage the performance of the team taking lead in setting targets and objectives and ensuring effective ongoing development
• ensure the store is fully replenished at set times throughout the day according to the store sales trends and all pre-retailing standards are adhered to at all times
