- as client manager, you will be expected to achieve a high volume of outbound sales activity to build pipeline, manage ongoing client relationships and develop market presence
- to achieve this, you will be expected to manage our CRM to record prospect activity, key financial information, keep accurate notes and co-ordinate prospect follow up tasks, actionable opportunities, prompts, and key dates
- your aim is generate business opportunities that identify clients who would benefit from our service and develop trusted long serving relationships by providing purchasing support beneficial to all parties, as well as providing your client base with superb aftersales care during the lifespan of their contracts
